EDUCATION BEYOND THE REQUIRED REAL ESTATE LICENSE:

* ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative): Additional continuing education when representing a buyer of a property as a buyer's agent...only 3% of the realtors nation wide have this designation. So what does this mean to you? If you are buying a home, I have a better understanding of the negotiating process than most realtors. Knowing how to negotiate on an offer will result in a better price with better terms for you.

* CRS (Certified Residential Specialist Designation): Additional continuing education when representing a seller of a property as a listing agent...only 4% of the realtors nation wide have this designation. How does this help you? If you are selling your property, I have added expertise in marketing your home; working with all involved (Buyers, Lenders, Title Agents, Inspectors, and all of the Trades) in order to have a problem free transaction; identifying problems before they happen; and understanding the market and how you should proceed with the sale to get the best price.

* GRI (Graduate of the Real Estate Institute): Additional continuing education with all contractual issues...only 18% of the realtors nation wide have this designation. What benefit is it to you? This education includes extensive contract language study, real estate law and how it affects the transaction, and agency requirements. Whether you are buying or selling a home, contract proficiency is a must and I am well versed in it to protect you.

* REAL ESTATE APPRAISAL TRAINING: 50 hours of continuing education in the residential appraisal field. Why have appraisal educational training? When figuring the value of your home, most realtors only make up one comparable market analysis on your home to establish value. I make up two...the standard CMA and a CMA from the appraisers point of view. This gives you a more accurate picture of the value of your home.

* 6 YEARS AS A FULLTIME REALTOR: Basic Experience...I have no other job. Real Estate is my profession and I am dedicated to becoming the best realtor that I can be. I take your needs and concerns seriously, updating and keeping you informed as the transaction progresses, thereby, taking the stress and worry out of the buying or selling of your home
